Y-tronic has developed AIS Software for easy and efficient AIS monitoring. Our range of AIS Software provides a solution for various AIS applications from onboard traffic monitoring for Yachts to visualizing AIS data for pilots and VTS surveillance.

Software for onboard-use:

Our Yacht-AIS Software supports all AIS receivers that are currently on the market.

For the NASA AIS Engine and the Si-Tex AIS Engine we have developed Yacht-AIS Standard to keep a low-cost profile. This version only supports the AIS messages that are received by the hardware and has an additional interface to send channel-switching and threshold-setting NMEA-commands to the Engine.

Yacht-AIS Professional decodes all AIS messages including all binary text messages and offers a wide range of additional features like off-center, data-forwarding and data filtering.

Yacht-AIS Transponder offers a full interface to AIS transponders with automatic hardware detection. Coming with the same receiving functions as Yacht-AIS Professional, this edition has the interface to set the transponder parameters according to the ship data and to send short binary messages.

Pilot-AIS is specially designed for pilots who want to take full advantage of AIS data available through the AIS Pilot Plug making ship-identification and access to own-ship data easy. Additionally, pilots can send and receive short text messages with Pilot-AIS.

Software for coastal monitoring:

AIS PortMaster decodes all AIS messages and all binary text messages and it gives competend authorities the possibility to monitor the adressed (non-public) messaging between two station. With fixed-center option, serial and network connectivity, it is the perfect solution for small ports.

AIS CoastMaster is the perfect solution for medium sized ports. Connect up to 5 AIS receivers via network and get a complete image of the traffic off your coast. Suitable for Coastguard and police agencies and for MDA (Maritime Domain Awareness) purposes.

AIS CoastMaster Basestation is an efficient solution for coastal monitoring. Connect AIS Class A Transponders or AIS Basestations and create a network to monitor your coast and use the full potential of AIS for managing your coast. This includes sending of text messages, recommended waypoints and meteorological data to vessels and enhanced communication features..
